Mind it
While having an in-person conversation or a virtual one, I am pretty sure once in life the person on other end might have asked you ‘Are you there?’ , ‘Are you listening to me?’. Agree or not we all have a low attention span. Many times, we find ourselves buried in thoughts unaware of what’s happening in and around us. Practising mindfulness is the fast track way of bringing your attention back to present. The ways you can achieve mindfulness is by focusing on your breathing… take deep breaths. Also, if possible, try putting that phone away for a few minutes. Practising mediation and yoga on daily basis can help you make tremendous progress on whatever tasks you undertake.
